What began as our first outlet in Vijay Nagar, Indore has grown from a shared passion for bringing the authentic taste of South India closer to home. Every dosa, idli, uttapam, and cup of filter coffee is prepared using traditional recipes, premium ingredients, and the warmth of true hospitality.
Led by founders Mayank Mehta and Vaishali Nagpal, AIYO! runs on standardized recipes and operations, so every outlet delivers the same authentic taste and quality — whether it's your first visit or your fiftieth.
